Implicit non-disclosure of personal data, and explicit NDAs

Every European body will inherently disclose personal data, if anything only to collect name/email of a person interested of becoming prospective member of the EB.

In these cases, there is still NO need for an NDA, since the DPPS of AEGEE-Europe mandates members to be responsible and not disclose personal data.

NDAs should be used for when the data disclosed is more sensitive for AEGEE-Europe and other parties, an example of data covered by NDAs can be found at the page https://myaegee.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AIT/pages/326238245
