The Knowledge Management System (KMS in short) is the knowledge backbone of AEGEE that ensures continuity in the work of our Network. It contains information about:

  • Statutory Events (EPM, Agora and SPM);

  • the structure of AEGEE with info about European Bodies and Locals;

  • organisational support (e.g. HR, fundraising, IT, PR and more);

  • tips on how to run a Local; and

  • the progress and process of current and old projects.

and soon much more!

This page will guide you through this system and explain to you how you can access it (optimally) and how you can suggest new content or improvements to the system.

Accessing the System

  1. Click on the link: https://myaegee.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KMS

  2. It may be that if you click on the link you stumble on a restricted page as shown below:

  1. In this case, click on the log-in button at the top-right corner as indicated by the red oval. Click on continue with Google

  1. Enter the log-in details of your aegee.eu account. In case you do not have any aegee.eu credential yes, you can request these at the AEGEE helpdesk .

  2. Enjoy the browsing!

How to use it?

You can start using it right now by:

  • Discovering content of the system by the overview or by the categories visible.

  • Editing existing pages by selecting the ✏️ Edit button and customising different pages.

  • Select “Create ” to make a new page.

  • Explore the pages we have already created for you.

In the near future we will be updating this page to include more information on how to use the system and how to adapt it.

How to optimally use the system

It may be challenging to navigate through the system and its pages while being on your phone. That is why we recommend you to either open the system via your laptop or by downloading the Confluence App .

Adding content

As the development of the system is currently still a work in progress, we would appreciate it that if you wish to add content to the system, you send an email to kms-editors@aegee.eu so we can help you with the best location for your material. Then the Human Resource Committee bees will get on with the work.

For suggestions, tips, improvements or additional content wishes, feel free to either:

  1. Email the Human Resources Committee at kms-editors@aegee.eu ; or

  2. Creating a helpdesk ticket .
