Knowledge Management System

The KMS is AEGEE’s shared Knowledge Management System. It is meant to help our Network to stay connected, updated and informed about ongoing and past initiatives. With this system, we want to make sure everyone can learn from past work to continue it in the future, and get more insight into how our association works, and get support to improve themselves, their Local, their team and/or their European body

As such, you can find information and supportive tools to help you with:

  • running your Local (e.g. the support systems we have in AEGEE, how to create a plan for your Local);

  • running your Local, team, or European Body across areas such as HR, IT, ER, FR, and more.

  • understanding AEGEE’s structure (Locals and European Bodies), what we stand for and which activities (e.g. projects) we are involved with;

  • finding out about AEGEE’s Statutory Events (Agora, EPM, and SPM) and how to get involved there;

  • developing yourself and others (e.g through training sessions).

This page will guide you through the KMS, and explain how to access and improve it.

Accessing the System

  1. Click on the link: https://myaegee.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KMS

  2. It may be that if you click on the link you stumble on a restricted page as shown below:

  1. In this case, click on the log-in button at the top-right corner as indicated by the red oval. Click on continue with Google

  1. Enter the log-in details of your aegee.eu account. In case you do not have any aegee.eu credential yes, you can request these at the AEGEE helpdesk .

  2. Enjoy the browsing!


How to use it?

You can start using it right now by:

  • Discovering the content of the system by the overview or by the categories visible.

  • Editing existing pages by selecting the ✏️ Edit button and customising different pages.

  • Select “Create ” to make a new page.

  • Explore the pages we have already created for you.

In the near future, we will update this page to include more information on how to use and update the system’s pages.

How to optimally use the system

It may be challenging to navigate the system and its pages on your phone. That is why we recommend you to either open the system via your laptop or by downloading the Confluence App .

Adding content

As the development of the system is currently still a work in progress, we would appreciate it that if you wish to add content to the system, you send an email to kms-editors@aegee.eu so we can help you with the best location for your material. Then the Human Resource Committee bees will get on with the work.
