Hackathon

• Two weeks have passed, time to look back at it once more.

  • What did you like? What did you dislike?

  • What can be improved for a next hackathon?

Expectations

• What do you expect from the others? What do the others expect from you?

  • We’ll go around the room and for every person the rest can explain what they expect from that person. Afterwards, that person can explain what they expect from themselves.

New workflow

• Rik will explain the new proposed workflow, based on Scrum and using the new Jira project.

  • As a starting point, you can look at what Zuri already thought of last summer.

Retrospective

• Look back at the last few weeks.

  • What should we keep doing?

  • What should we do more?

  • What should we do less?

  • What should we start doing?

  • What should we stop doing?

• In preparation, write down your answers for these five questions. Since this is our first retrospective and we have different experiences, we’ll also have different answers to these questions. That’s okay, we’re doing this mostly to get used to doing these for when we have more experience later.

Planning

• Select our goals for the coming month:

  • What do we want to have finished next month?

  • How much time do people think they can invest in the project?

• Going through the proposed issues:

  • Which issues can we already assign to people?

  • What information can already be given to some issues?

    • Think of; similar issues and features in the code

#WeVsVirus

• Nils proposed this, he’ll explain more during the meeting.

• Offering technical support for digital tools

  • Enable AEGEEans to offer more digital activities/events, on local or even european level
