- Researchers: People with research skills, who even though possibly don't understand much of computer science, can gather up information and write guides
- Guide writers: People who would go on the website and try to use it, then write a guide for future users (for example: try to create an event on the OMS, then write a short user guide on how to do it)
- Grammar Nazis: Helpers in editing the content of the website such as checking grammar and making sure the sentences make sense.
- Testers
People who will go on the website, try to use it, and report all the bugs they encountered. - Pushers
People who will push their peers to join in helping developing the platform - so they will push others to become another helper for the OMS (be it technical or non-technical) - More?
