Mailing lists
AEGEE has a great number of mailing lists which are used to communicate, to discuss certain topics among members, or to spread information, open calls, and events. This page will guide you through this system and explain to you how you can (un)subscribe to mailing lists and how to change your password.
The mailinglists are running LISTSERV, a software donated to AEGEE by the company L-Soft and it is managed by the AEGEE Mail Team.
Subscribe to mailing lists
There are multiple ways to subscribe to our mailing lists, the easiest is to follow these links;

AEGEE-L - Discussion mailing list: place for any discussion. It is not a moderated mailing list, you can discuss as frequently as you would like. |
If you follow one of these links, you will be directed to a page that looks like this;
Here you just need to fill in your name and email address and press Subscribe at the bottom.
This will send a confirmation email to your mailbox. Just press the link in the email and you’re subscribed! Now you will receive all emails that will be sent over that list.
Unsubscribing to mailing lists
If you want to subscribe to one (or all) mailing lists, you just follow the links above and press ‘Unsubscribe’ to unsubscribe from that mailing list or ‘Unsubscribe (All Lists)’ if you want to unsubscribe from all mailing lists.
This will also send a confirmation email to your mailbox. Just press the link in the email and you’re unsubscribed.
Manage your subscriptions
If you want to see to which mailing lists you are subscribed, you can go to lists.aegee.org and press ‘Log In’ in the top right corner. If you do not have an account yet, press ‘Register Password’ and add a password. This will also work if you forgot your password.
After logging in, you should see the following menu on the left side of your screen;
Just press ‘Subscriptions’ and you can view all mailing lists that you are subscribed to!
View old mails
On lists.aegee.org you can also view the archives of the mailing lists. If you are logged in, you can just press a mailing list and select a month of which you want to see the emails from.
You can also search through the archives by pressing ‘Search Archives’ on the menu.
