IT policy of AEGEE-Europe

AEGEE-Europe provides the following services to its beneficiaries:

1. A Gsuite account: upon approval into MyAEGEE (the internal area of the organisation), a member of an antenna receives a Gsuite account in order to keep up-to-date with internal communication. A gsuite account entitles to the following google products:

   1. Email

   2. Forms

   3. Spreadsheets

   4. Documents

   5. Meet

   6. Groups

   7. Calendar

   8. Drive

2. A Wiki

3. A Forum

4. A password manager (according to the involvement in EB)

5. A Helpdesk service

Each of these element could be revoked, singularly or all together, when the membership expires or in case of violation of AEGEE values and regulations.

WHILE THE PROCEDURE IS CARRIED MANUALLY, people have to click “yes” to:

I understand and agree that the Gsuite account is owned by AEGEE-Europe and my access can be suspended when my membership expires or in case of violation of AEGEE values and regulations

If they didn’t click, it's still the same: the account is aegee’s, not of the member
